Silver hamsa pendant on a 17" silver chain featuring a small diamond. The name “hamsa” comes from "hamesh", which means five in Hebrew. Hamsa refers to the fact that there are five fingers on the talisman, and can also represent the five books of the Torah. The amulet is thought to bring good luck and happiness.

By the artist, Michael Bromberg. Born in the City of Odessa, Ukraine, Michael where earned his master’s degree in mechanical engineering and worked as a production engineer in a machine plant for several years. But Michael was at heart an artist, and jewelry design and jewelry making were his passion. This is evident in the quality of his craftsmanship and his attention to detail.

After emigrating to the USA, Michael founded Danco Gallery, a jewelry design company with a retail jewelry store in Greenwich Village, New York City.
